When you use Only Blowouts, we collect personal information necessary to provide our premium styling services. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and physical service addresses (where appointments take place). For transactions, we utilize secure third-party processors (such as Stripe) and do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
To ensure the safety of our stylists and provide clients with accurate arrival times, we collect temporary GPS tracking data from stylists when they are marked "en route" to an appointment. This data is only actively monitored during the appointment window. Client location data is exclusively used for routing the stylist to the booked service address.
Your data is strictly used to facilitate bookings, process payments, verify identities, and enhance the user experience. We may use your email or phone number to send essential appointment reminders, receipts, or emergency platform updates. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketing firms.
Stylists utilizing our platform to manage their portfolios must ensure they have the explicit consent of any clients depicted in uploaded imagery. Only Blowouts reserves the right to remove any imagery that violates privacy standards, platform guidelines, or intellectual property laws.
